Kelsey Solberg is a fierce advocate with a strong background in real estate and business litigation. Kelsey specializes in negotiating real estate leases, drafting acquisition contracts, and providing valuable tax and portfolio diversification advice to clients. She also has extensive experience in trial preparation, including handling discovery, motion work, and depositions. Kelsey’s practice encompasses various areas of litigation and transactional work, including business, real estate, bankruptcy, unlawful detainer, and tax matters.

Prior to becoming an attorney Kelsey earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in International Affairs and Psychology cum laude from the University of Georgia, and her Juris Doctor degree from the University of San Diego, School of Law. Kelsey’s involvement in legal organizations and advocacy groups reflects her commitment to making a difference. In law school Kelsey served as an editor for the Journal on Climate and Energy Law, participated in the Business Law Society, and contributed to discussions on California real estate law through her involvement with the Real Estate Law Society.
