Ongoing representation of investor in acquisition of single-tenant properties in California and various other states leased by credit tenants, such as Walgreens, Burger King, Popeyes, Pep Boys, Starbucks, Goodyear, Taco Bell, 7-Eleven, Macaroni Grill, Cash Express, Wienerschnitzel and MedExpress.
Represented landlord in negotiating lease with Footlocker of the entirety of a multi-floor building of approximately 30,000 square feet in downtown Los Angeles for flagship store on the West Coast.
Represented buyer in connection with purchase for $50 Million of an approximately 27,000 square foot retail building in Beverly Hills as part of a 1031 Exchange.
Represented buyer in acquisition of a $40 Million 20-story office building of more than 400,000 square feet in Phoenix, Arizona and assumption of existing loan with below market interest rate.
Represented buyer of an AutoZone leased property in Illinois as part of a 1031 exchange.

Represented landlord in negotiating lease to a Fortune 100 company of an industrial building of more than 130,000 square feet in Carson, California.
Ongoing representation of restaurant leases for a food and beverage retailer for its locations throughout the United States.
Represented landlord in negotiation of retail leases for stores on Abbot Kinney Boulevard in Venice, California to Madewell.
Represented owners of a limited liability company in conversion of the LLC to a tenants in common arrangement ownership of a retail shopping center in Los Angeles to prepare for 1031 exchange by the TIC owners.
